- Go to the Me tab
- Tap the down arrow next to your name in the top left-hand corner

How long does it take for Direct Deposit funds to reach my Teen Accounts?
The exact arrival time of funds sent using Direct Deposit can vary by employer. It may take up to two pay cycles for the Direct Deposit feature to take effect.
There are a few factors to keep in mind regarding funds sent via Direct Deposit:
- Certain employers and payroll providers may send funds through Direct Deposits 1-2 days in advance of payday. It is up to the employer to submit paycheck information early.
- The time that the employer submits their paycheck information may vary by pay cycle. Venmo will post funds added through Direct Deposit to the Teen Account as soon as we receive notice from the employer.
Can the Direct Deposit info from my Teen Accounts be used to withdraw money?
No. At this time, the Direct Deposit info for Venmo Teen Accounts (including account and routing numbers) can only be used for incoming payments to the account.
Where is the money I'm expecting in my Teen Account from Direct Deposit?
If you expected to receive funds to your Venmo Teen Account through the Direct Deposit feature and did not receive those funds, please reach out to the employer (or issuer) to confirm that the payment was sent successfully.
Venmo does not receive this information instantly, so there will be a delay between the payment being sent by the employer and the payment arriving to Venmo.
Funds sent through Direct Deposit may also be delayed in the event of a federal or bank holiday. If a Direct Deposit fails to reach the Venmo Teen Account for any reason, please contact the employer or payroll provider directly.
Venmo Support is unable to see incoming or pending transfers.
I no longer want to use Direct Deposit for my Venmo Teen Accounts
If you would like to stop adding funds to your Venmo Teen Accounts using Direct Deposit or change the amount added, please notify the employer or issuer. It can take 1-2 payroll cycles for changes to take effect once the employer has received and processed the request.
