I’m trying to sign in, but Venmo is sending a code to an old phone number I no longer have.
To update your phone number, you can try signing in from a phone or computer that you’ve used to access Venmo previously. You may be able to skip the security code challenge.
If you don’t have access to another remembered device or cannot login to update your phone number, please follow the instructions here to get that process completed.
I didn’t receive the code.
Emails and text messages may experience delays in delivery. Wait a few minutes, and tap “Send code again” if you still haven’t received the code after multiple attempts. You can also try to sign in from a device you’ve used previously or follow the instructions here.
The code you sent me isn’t working.
For your security, codes are only valid for a limited period of time. Please complete the sign in process again to generate a new code.
Venmo is sending a code to a phone number I don’t recognize.
Don't worry: Without your password, whoever received the code will not be able to access your Venmo account. If you're concerned that the recipient of the code knows your password, we encourage you to reset your password as well.
