I’m having problems with the sign-in code

I didn’t receive the code.

Emails & text messages may experience delays in delivery. Wait a few minutes & tap “resend code”. If you still haven’t received the code after multiple attempts. You can also sign in from a device you’ve used previously or follow the instructions here.

The code you sent me isn’t working.

For your security, codes are only valid for a limited period of time. Please complete the sign in process again to generate a new code.

The code is going to a phone number that isn’t mine.

Don’t worry, without your password, whoever received the code will not be able to access your Venmo account.

To update your phone number, sign in from a phone or computer that you’ve used to access Venmo previously. We’ll let you skip the security code challenge. If you are concerned that the recipient of the code knows your password, we encourage you to reset your password as well.

If you don’t have access to another remembered device or cannot login to update your phone number, please follow the instructions here to get that process completed.
