How do I add a payment method to my business profile?
To add a new payment method to your business profile, you can follow these steps in the Venmo app:
- Navigate to your business profile
- Tap the Settings gear
- Tap Payment Methods
- Tap Add bank or card...
From there, you’ll be able to add a bank account, credit card, or debit card.
How do payment methods work for my business profile?
If you set up your business profile as a sole proprietor, any payment methods you link to your Venmo account will be linked to both your personal Venmo profile and your business profile. This means that both profiles share the same card limit as well.
If you set up your business profile as a registered business, the payment methods you add will only be linked to that profile. Each profile will have its own card limit.
