You can update your email address in the app or by signing in at venmo.com from a computer's browser.
In the app:
- Go to the Me tab
- Tap on the Settings gear in the top right
- Select Account under Preferences
- Tap Profile
- Enter the new email address in the Email field
- Tap Save
On the web:
- Navigate to https://venmo.com/account/settings/account
- In the Email Address field, enter your new email
- Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page
Next, we’ll send a message to your new email address asking you to complete the verification process. It’s important to verify your email address right away so you can keep receiving payments and important notifications. If you don’t see this verification message in your inbox, check your spam folder or try updating your email address again.
