Lost or Stolen Phone

What should I do if I lost my phone?

If your phone is missing or stolen, the first thing to do is revoke your phone's access to your Venmo account. Here's how: 

  1. Log in to your Venmo account from a computer you’ve used to access your Venmo account in the past 
  2. Select Settings from the sidebar, then Security 

  3. Click Forget to revoke access to all open sessions (except for your current Venmo.com session) 

You should change your Venmo password if you believe it has been compromised in any way.

I can't sign in to my Venmo account without my phone!

Please contact our Support team for help getting into your account. Please include:

  1. Your full name, as it appears on your account
  2. The full phone number associated with your Venmo account
  3. Details regarding your missing phone
