Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The promotional offer is valid between 8/30/2024 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 10/31/2024 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Must be physically located in an eligible U.S. jurisdiction in which DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports ("DFS") product operates. Void where prohibited by law. Eligibility restrictions apply. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), and MA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV, OR, or WA. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the DraftKings Terms of Use, to participate in the Promotion, customers must: (1) sign up and be approved for a new DraftKings DFS account or have a currently active DFS account, (2) opt-in to the promotion, (3) after opting-in, customers have until 10/31/2024 at 11:59 PM ET to make a transfer of $100 or more from their active Venmo account to their DraftKings DFS account, and (4) the transfer must be from their Venmo account to their DraftKings DFS account for the first time or the first time in 6 months or longer. If the transfer is not made by 10/31/2024 at 11:59 PM ET, after opting-in to this promo, the offer will expire and the bonus can no longer be redeemed and is subject to additional details below.
REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon completion of the above requirements, eligible customers will receive a bonus reward of $30 in DK Dollars into their DraftKings DFS account. The bonus funds will be applied automatically to the qualified customer’s DraftKings account upon completing the offer requirements. Crediting may take an additional 72 business hours in case of technical difficulties or extenuating circumstances. There is a maximum of 16,666 total redemptions that can be claimed with this promotion. A valid redemption only occurs once the customer completes steps 1-4 identified above. Until a transfer is made, after opting in, the redemption has not been claimed for purposes of this promotion. In the event the maximum redemptions are reached prior to the end of the Promotional Period, any attempt to claim this promotion will be void and the customers will not be eligible, even if they have opted-in to the promotion.
REWARD LIMITATIONS
DK Dollars are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. DK Dollars are used prior to any cash in your balance. DK Dollars do not expire and must be played 1x prior to withdrawal of winnings. Just like if you paid your DFS entry fee in cash, your DK Dollars entry fee is not returned to your account. Limit one (1) offer per customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings's sole discretion. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any funds transferred in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account, including winnings that are subject to a bonus reward with a play through requirement that has not been met, shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.
