How can I reorder my lost or stolen Venmo Debit Card?
You can order a replacement debit card by heading to the Cards tab and tapping on your Venmo Debit Card.
Here’s how to reorder your Venmo Debit Card:
- Tap Replace lost, stolen, or damaged card
- Select Lost or Stolen
- If you would like to choose a new color for your debit card, select the pencil icon
- Review your transactions:
- If there are no suspicious transactions, select These transactions are ok
- If there are suspicious transactions, select Something’s wrong, get support and give us a call
- Review your info - to make changes tap the pencil icon, or tap Confirm to continue
- Select Done
How can I reorder my damaged Venmo Debit Card?
You can order a replacement debit card by heading to the Cards tab and tapping on your Venmo Debit Card.
Here’s how to reorder your Venmo Debit Card:
- Tap Replace lost, stolen, or damaged card
- Select Damaged
- If you would like to choose a new color for your debit card, select the pencil icon
- Review your info - to make changes tap the pencil icon, or tap Confirm to continue
- Select Done
Once you complete this process, you will see a confirmation screen advising you that a new Venmo Debit Card is on its way.
Why am I not seeing the option to order a replacement Venmo Debit Card?
If you don't see the option to order a replacement card, we need to confirm additional information before we send you a new card.
Please contact us and we'll assist you in getting a new card.
I’m contacting Venmo Support for a new Venmo Debit Card, but my address has changed. Can it be shipped somewhere else?
We can update your shipping address, but we need to verify it first. You can submit one of the following documents to our Support team:
- Unexpired driver license
- Unexpired U.S. government issued ID
- Bank, credit card, or 401K/brokerage statement (from the past 12 months)
- Utility bill (gas, electric, cable, internet, or phone from the past 12 months)
- W2 or paystub (from the past 12 months)
- Lease for residence (dated in the past 12 months)
- Current car registration (dated in the past 12 months)
- IRS letter (dated in the past 12 months)
Please make sure your picture of the document is clear and legible.
Please note: We are not able to ship a Venmo Debit Card to a P.O. box.
