If you are currently not in the U.S. you will not be able to sign into your Venmo account. Once you are in the U.S., please reach out to Venmo Support and we will be happy to assist.
If you need to send and receive payments while abroad, the best option might be to create an account with our parent company PayPal
If you are in the U.S. but you are receiving an error message indicating that you're abroad, make sure you’re not using a VPN. If you’re still having issues, try using a different Wi-Fi network or disabling Wi-Fi completely.
