In some cases, a check within the Venmo app may allow us to immediately collect the additional information we need from our users and speed up the review process.
My payment is under review. When will it be released?
Payments that have been flagged for review are typically resolved within 48 hours. If more information is required in order to process the payment, we will contact you via email.
