There's an unauthorized charge on my Venmo Mastercard ® Debit Card
If you are made aware of a transaction using your Venmo Mastercard® Debit Card that you did not authorize, first disable your card in the Venmo app. Go to the Cards tab check under the Venmo Debit Card section, tap the image of your card, and toggle to Temporarily disable card.
If you do not have access to your app, you can call 855-204-4090 (24 hours a day 365 days a year) and deactivate your card that way.
Please note, you can deactivate your card at any time using the phone number listed above. If a live agent is available (8 AM - 8 PM CT) then you may notify an agent over the phone of any unauthorized charges and permanently close your card. Outside of that window, please contact us to notify us of the unauthorized charges and permanently close your card.
