If you are made aware of a transaction using your Venmo card that you did not authorize, first disable your card in the Venmo app by navigating to Settings → Venmo Card. If you do not have access to your app, you can call 855-204-4090 (24 hours a day 365 days a year) and deactivate your card that way.
Please note, you can deactivate your card at any time using the phone number listed above. If a live agent is available (9AM - 5PM CST Mon - Fri) then you may notify an agent over the phone of any unauthorized charges and permanently close your card. Outside of that window, please email us at email@example.com to notify us of the unauthorized charges and permanently close your card.
