I’m not satisfied with my purchase. What can I do?
If you’re not satisfied with a purchase you made with your in-store QR code, please contact the merchant partner first. They should be able to assist further.
If you are not able to come to a resolution with the business, please contact our Support team. Your purchase may be eligible for the Venmo Purchase Program.
