Expecting some money back to your Venmo Mastercard® Debit Card? Check out this article to learn what to anticipate.
Why is my refund/incoming transfer pending?
In order to provide the merchant with time to review their transaction, you may see your money pending before it is available for use.
If your credit is unavailable to you within 30 minutes, please contact us.
Can you release the pending refund/incoming transfer into my account?
If your refund has been pending for longer than 30 minutes, please contact us and we will be happy to take a closer look at it for you.
Why did my refund/incoming transfer get deposited and then reversed?
Generally, this means the merchant has canceled or reversed this transaction. In your transaction history, you will see a deposit and then a withdrawal from the same merchant.
If this is incorrect or you are looking for more information, we recommend reaching out to the merchant you were expecting the funds from.
