Where can I find my current Venmo Credit Card balance, due date, and other billing information?

Billing details for your Venmo Credit Card can be found in the Venmo app:

1. Go to the Cards tab
2. Tap to select your Venmo Credit Card
3. Tap the image of your Venmo Credit Card

Here, you can see your current balance, due date, remaining credit, credit limit, and your current APR(s).

Where can I view my Venmo Credit Card statements?

An electronic statement will always be sent to the email address associated with your Venmo Credit Card account. Statements are also viewable right in the Venmo app; just click the statement icon or View statements in the Venmo Credit Card section of the app to see and download a statement

I need to change my Venmo Credit Card bill’s due date

Making payments

How can I make a payment toward my Venmo Credit Card bill?

The easiest way to pay your Venmo Credit Card bill is to make the payment from your Venmo app:

1. Go to the Cards tab
2. Select your Venmo Credit Card
3. Tap View and Pay

From there, you can pay your bill using the money in your Venmo account or use a verified bank account on file.

If you would like to pay by check, you can mail the check along with your account number to:

How do I turn on Autopay for my Venmo Credit Card?

1. Go to the Venmo Credit Card section of your Venmo app
2. Tap Venmo Credit Card, and you will see your transaction history
3. Go to the Card stab
4. Tap to select your Venmo Credit Card
5. Tap the image of your Venmo Credit Card, then scroll down to the Autopay section to set up Autopay

You can set the funding source that will be used for your autopay payments. Please note the following:

• If you select your Venmo balance as the funding source, you will need to select a bank account as a backup funding source as well
• If you would like to disable Autopay, you can do so by going to the same section of the Venmo app and selecting Manage Autopay
• If you do not pay the Minimum Payment Due by your due date, you will incur a late fee
• If you need to set up a payment plan for your Venmo Credit Card, please contact Synchrony Bank at 855-878-6462. Agents are available 24 hours a day

Where can I find my payment history?

You can view your payment history in the Venmo Credit Card section of the Venmo app. Click on the Transactions tab to see completed and scheduled payments. You can also find a history of your payments within your Venmo Credit Card statement.

How do I split my Venmo Credit Card transactions?

You can split Venmo Credit Card transactions by sending a request to another Venmo user from the transaction detail screen. Once the request is accepted, the funds will automatically go toward your Venmo Credit Card bill.

What happens if my friend doesn’t accept my Venmo Credit Card transaction request in time for my bill?

If the person you requested to pay part or all of your bill does not complete your charge request by your payment due date, you are still responsible for paying your Venmo Credit Card bill. Venmo does not automatically charge anyone upon a charge request; it is up to the requestee to accept the charge. If you do not pay the Minimum Payment Due by your due date, you will incur a late fee.
