How can I access my bill/statement?
Electronic statements will always be sent to the email address associated with your Venmo Credit Card account. You will also receive paper statements in the mail unless you opt-out in the Statement Delivery section of your Venmo Credit Card settings. Statements are also viewable right in the Venmo app; just click the statement icon or “View statements” in the Venmo Credit Card section of the app to see and download a statement.
Where can I find my current Venmo Credit Card balance, due date, and other billing information?
To go to the Venmo Credit Card section of your Venmo app, tap the ☰ on the home screen. When you tap “Venmo Credit Card” you will see your transaction history. You can tap on the image of your Venmo Credit Card to see your current balance, as well as your due date, remaining credit, your credit limit, and your current APR(s).

How do I turn on Autopay for my Venmo Credit Card?
Go to the Venmo Credit Card section of your Venmo app, by tapping the ☰ on the home screen. When you tap “Venmo Credit Card” you will see your transaction history. You can tap on the image of your Venmo Credit Card, then scroll down to the Autopay section to set up Autopay. You can set the funding source that will be used. Please note: if you select your Venmo balance as the funding source, you will need to select a bank account as a backup funding source as well.
If you would like to disable Autopay, you can do so by going to the same section of the Venmo app and selecting “Manage Autopay.”
Is there a late fee for Venmo Credit Card payments?
If you do not pay the Minimum Payment Due by your due date, you will incur a late fee**.
